We are very flexible when it comes to your auction. We want to work with you to provide a service that ticks all the boxes you were looking for within the cost parameters you had in mind. As with every aspect of our relationship with you, the look and feel of your auction can be tailored to exactly what you want. Our auction technology can include charity logos and images, running totals, leaderboards (in your chosen colour scheme), countdown timers, sponsors, a range of pledge options and prize donor logos. If you have many lots your can categorise them so that people can easily navigate their way around your auction. You can also add ‘buy now’ options – useful if you have several identical lots. We also have a selection of our own prizes available if you would like to add more to your auction. The pages are easy to navigate and are smart phone optimised.
When it comes to technology, if you’re ending the auction at an event you can decide whether you would rather run the online auction through your venue’s wifi, using mobile signal or whether you would like us to supply a wifi server for reliability. You choose whether you would like your winners to be emailed or to receive a text. You can also decide whether you need an AV package
, tablets and/or screens. If you don’t want any technology at all we can also run paper auctions
