Working with you to create your auction

Running a live auction at a big event such as a ball or a gala dinner is a fantastic way to raise money for your charity or cause of choice. Your guests will be relaxed and comfortable and you will be providing a fun and engaging way for them to bid on auction prizes. We know that no two auctions will run the same so we will work with you to fit to your budget and to ensure your auction is set-up and run exactly as you had in mind.
Wherever we can, we will offer you support to give you one less thing to worry about. jumblebee has a range of different auction options available to suit all budgets, from running an online auction yourself, through to jumblebee providing tablets, screens, an AV package and full wifi servers to give your event that professional and memorable touch. Combining online with live auction

For a live event auction you can either have an online auction that ends on the evening of your event or combine it with a live auction that runs on the night. The latter is a more traditional auction, with an auctioneer managing the bidding on each lot (we recommend six). The lots can be displayed on your online auction page with guests then bidding with paddles, their hands or even pieces of paper rather than doing so online.
Your charismatic auctioneer will have everyone’s attention whilst the live auction is underway and we recommend that the online auction ends approximately 10 minutes after the live auction. That way guests who were not so lucky on the live auction will be able to bid furiously and competitively on the remaining online lots. This is completely up to you though; we are very flexible and can work around what you have in mind, we don’t have time restrictions on our auctions – you can bid all night if you like! Personalised to you

We know that no two auctions are the same, from the number of guests, the venue, to what it is fundraising for, so almost every aspect of our auctions can be tailored to you. From opting for an A/V package and what you chose to do with it, how many tablets and screens you need, if you need a wifi server or not, down to the smaller details such as your chosen colour scheme for your auction, we can work with you to ensure your auction is exactly what you want it to be.
A fun addition to larger events is to run a pledge competition between tables – we can show the results on the leaderboard screens and you might be surprised by how much you raise.
If you are organising a large event but have been unable to source as many prizes as you would like for your auction, we have some prizes you can add on or you could consider running your auction with our partners, Superstars.
